lapakwd Terms & Conditions of Service Use
This document governs the relationship between lapakwd and users who access or use our platform services. Please read these terms carefully in their entirety before registering or continuing to use the service.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using lapakwd services in any form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms listed, you are not permitted to use our services.
These terms apply to all users of the lapakwd platform, including visitors who do not yet have an account, registered users, and VIP members. Continued use of the service after the terms update date will be considered acceptance of the applicable changes.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age permitted in your jurisdiction, to use this service. lapakwd reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend accounts suspected of belonging to underage users until verification is complete.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the lapakwd platform. Registering more than one account by the same individual is a violation of these terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts along with any balances held within them.
Users are fully responsible for keeping their password confidential and their account secure. lapakwd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact the customer support team.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information, including name, date of birth, or bank account number, may result in transaction rejection or permanent account closure.
User Obligations and Responsibilities
Users must use the lapakwd platform in accordance with its intended purpose and must not use it for any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to others. Users are strictly prohibited from manipulating the system, exploiting technical bugs, or abusing promotions in any manner that does not comply with the stated terms.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: using automated software or bots to manipulate bets, colluding with other users to gain unfair advantages, using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass service restrictions, and any form of money laundering through the platform.
Users are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account, including transactions carried out by third parties who gain access due to the user's own negligence. lapakwd is not liable for any losses arising from sharing login credentials with others.
Users are also required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction regarding the use of online entertainment services. Users who access the platform from regions where the service is legally prohibited do so at their own risk.
IDR Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the lapakwd platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users must ensure that the payment method used is registered under the same name as their lapakwd account. Transactions using a bank account or e-wallet belonging to another person may be declined or placed on hold for further verification.
Incoming deposits will be credited to the account balance once the verification process is complete. Verification times vary depending on the payment method — e-wallets such as Dana or GoPay are generally faster than conventional bank transfers. lapakwd is not responsible for delays caused by banking network conditions or third-party system issues.
To withdraw funds, users must meet the applicable identity verification requirements. Withdrawal requests that do not meet the minimum requirements or use an unregistered account may be declined. Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment service providers are the responsibility of the user. Fraud or attempted fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Platform Limitation of Liability
lapakwd provides its service on an "as-is" basis with no guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption or free from technical errors. We will make every effort to maintain service availability, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime due to factors beyond our control, including system maintenance, infrastructure outages, or force majeure events.
The platform is not liable for any financial losses arising from users' betting decisions, odds fluctuations, or game outcomes that do not meet expectations. All betting and gaming activity carries financial risk and users bear full responsibility for the decisions they make.
Account Policy: Suspension and Closure
lapakwd reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if a violation of these Terms & Conditions is found, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, system manipulation, use of false identity, or activity that could be harmful to the platform or other users.
Accounts suspended due to suspected violations will go through an internal investigation process. During the investigation period, access to the balance and all platform features will be temporarily frozen. If the investigation finds no violation, the account will be restored and the balance returned. If a violation is confirmed, lapakwd reserves the right to withhold any balance obtained through fraudulent activity.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request through the customer support team. Account closure will be processed once all active transactions have been settled and any remaining balance has been returned to the registered account, less any applicable administrative fees.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the lapakwd platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the property of lapakwd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use such content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from lapakwd.
Using the lapakwd brand name, logo, or visual identity for third-party promotional purposes, unauthorized affiliate activity, or impersonating a platform representative without official authorization is a serious violation that may be subject to legal action.

Changes to Terms and Governing Law
lapakwd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of lapakwd services after changes are announced will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If users do not agree with the changes, they have the right to discontinue use of the service and close their account in accordance with the applicable procedure.
